Laura Robinson

Practice Manager

Laura has worked in General Practice since 2010 and worked her way up from reception to Practice Manager. As a Certified Practice Manager, she is always eager to learn, develop and to keep up with industry changes through demographic pressures, new models of care changing and the environment in which services must be delivered. Laura completed a Diploma in professional practice leadership 2017 to help her apply effective leadership and strategies in an increasingly dynamic healthcare environment. Laura’s aim is to give the best support possible to all the Clinicians and Administration staff but ultimately striving to provide the best healthcare services to the ever-growing patients of Wyndham.

Outside of work Laura Loves to spend time with her family, keeping fit and loves nothing more than long drives on the weekend to take in all of the sights and food venues that Victoria has to offer.

Receptionist

Arlena  began her career as a medical receptionist in 2018. Arlena’s role at Women’s Health Hub has been extremely  rewarding. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family.

Suzanna

Receptionist

Suzanna has been a medical receptionist for over 25 years based in the west of Melbourne. She finds her role rewarding and is always willing to lend a hand. Suzanna enjoys spending time with her family and friends but most of all she  enjoys spending time with her 4 grandchildren.
