Laura has worked in General Practice since 2010 and worked her way up from reception to Practice Manager. As a Certified Practice Manager, she is always eager to learn, develop and to keep up with industry changes through demographic pressures, new models of care changing and the environment in which services must be delivered. Laura completed a Diploma in professional practice leadership 2017 to help her apply effective leadership and strategies in an increasingly dynamic healthcare environment. Laura’s aim is to give the best support possible to all the Clinicians and Administration staff but ultimately striving to provide the best healthcare services to the ever-growing patients of Wyndham.
Outside of work Laura Loves to spend time with her family, keeping fit and loves nothing more than long drives on the weekend to take in all of the sights and food venues that Victoria has to offer.

Kathleen has been a medical receptionist for 7 years. Having moved from the Mornington Peninsula 2 years ago and being a keen cook, Kathleen thrives on the multi cultural aspect and availability of the diverse range of produce Hoppers Crossing has to offer. In her spare time she also enjoys weekends at her farm looking after cattle, sheep and horses with her husband and kelpie “Belle”.
My career as a Medical Receptionist began in the year 2017 and I am extremely priveliged to have worked with diverse range medical setups.
I find my role extremely rewarding and I am always on a look out to enhance my skills by studying further in relation to my field.
In addition to it, I love to bring life to spaces by incorporating some interior designing skills that I have, finding new ways to improve my and family’s health and weekends are mostly spent with my family.
Arlena began her career as a medical receptionist in 2018. Arlena’s role at Women’s Health Hub has been extremely rewarding. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family.
Ebony is 26 years, originally from Sunbury and moved to Wyndham just under a year ago. She has been working in medical reception for about 2 and a half years, working previously at The Children’s Hospital in the private consulting suites. She enjoys travelling, animals and spending spare time with friends and family
My career as a medical receptionist began 2 years ago having recently moved to the west. Working in women’s health has always been an interest of mine alongside with studying my nursing degree. My role has helped in shaping me as a future healthcare professional. I find my role extremely rewarding. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and try to fit in travel as much as I can.
Suzanna has been a medical receptionist for over 25 years based in the west of Melbourne. She finds her role rewarding and is always willing to lend a hand. Suzanna enjoys spending time with her family and friends but most of all she enjoys spending time with her 4 grandchildren.
