At the Women’s Health Hub all the contracted GP’s who work from this location and the team of our nurses are highly experienced and qualified immunisers.

Immunisation is a simple and effective way of protecting yourself and your family.

Immunisation works by triggering the immune system to fight against certain Infections. If a vaccinated person comes in contact with the pathogens that cause the infection, their immune system is able to respond more effectively. This either prevents the Infection from developing or reduces the severity.

We stock a full range of vaccines onsite including:

  •  childhood vaccines (start from 6 weeks)
  •  travel vaccines
  •  influenza vaccine
  • Pre-employment vaccines e.g. hepatitis B and tetanus
