Hi, I’m Vicki, a Melbourne-based dietitian with over 13 years’ experience helping people achieve their health goals through nutrition. I specialise in women’s health nutrition, helping people take charge of their well-being at every stage of life. My passion lies in supporting women through health challenges such as PCOS, perimenopause, menopause, weight loss management and gut health conditions such as IBS management.

With more than a decade of experience in dietetics, I’ve seen firsthand how personalised nutrition can transform energy, hormones, and overall well-being. I create individualised nutrition plans that are sustainable, effective, and tailored to your lifestyle.

Outside the clinic, life is all about family, food and fun. I love spending time with my two boys, teaching them how to cook, and experimenting with new recipes together. These moments remind me that healthy eating isn’t just about nutrients – it’s about connection, creativity, and joy.
