Dr Marta Siegel – Shumba

Dr Marta Siegel-Shumba is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). She brings many years of experience in General Practice, having worked across both rural and metropolitan communities.
Marta values the continuity of care that General Practice provides and enjoys supporting her patients through all stages of life. She is known for her approachable manner and takes the time to listen, ensuring her patients feel comfortable, informed and supported in their healthcare decisions.
Her areas of special interest include:
- Women’s health
- Perimenopause and menopausal care
- Contraception
- Implanon insertions
- Chronic disease management, including diabetes and hypertension
- Geriatric medicine
- Skin cancer medicine (full body skin checks and removal of skin lesions)
- Iron infusions and other minor procedures
Outside of medicine, Marta enjoys travelling and spending quality time with her family.
